The Most important thing I feel that I learned this week is the impact Web 2.0 programs can have in the classroom. The older type of learning consists of reading information off of a site, and the connection ends there. With programs Web 2.0 programs, children are able to access information in addition to adding their thoughts on the subject. It is a two way communication in the learning process and can prove to be beneficial. Many universities are using Facebook, so that the teacher and students are able to interact with each other and further strengthen the learning process. These programs can be maneuvered by those who do not have strong computer skills, because they are easy to navigate. It opens up a world of possibilities! The learning can go beyond the four walls of the classroom.
